  • Outstanding balances may be sent to collections if necessary

By selecting a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments.

6. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital, educational, and program based nature of our offerings, we do not offer refunds for any courses, programs, services, events, retreats, digital products, or offerings.

By purchasing any program, course, service, or event from Soul Medicine LLC, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, schedule conflicts, personal circumstances, financial circumstances, failure to attend or participate, or dissatisfaction with results.

If you select a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments and agree to pay the full program fee regardless of participation, completion, or personal circumstances. Payment plans cannot be canceled once initiated.
